You manage the team. Hire driver, improve the car, setup race stategy, ect. During the race you control pit stops, fuel, tire temps, and the like. You don't have to be present for the race but it will likely help you win. Its free to play but there is a subscription for buns features (NOT pay to win). Right now we are all beginners and you will only start a few races behind.
